Classes are offered seven days a week with up to six students, creating an intimate and focused environment.

Harbor Foundations

A slower-paced class designed for clients looking to deepen their understanding of Pilates principles such as alignment, breath, control, and core integration. This is not a beginner class for those new to Pilates apparatus. Prior Reformer experience is required. This class is ideal for older clients, those with injuries, or anyone needing more focused attention on form and function. We strongly encourage new clients to begin with 1–3 private sessions before attending group classes. As with all classes, clients are expected to listen to their bodies and take full responsibility for working at an appropriate level.

Harbor Flow

A smooth, continuous Reformer class that links movement and breath. This class moves at a steady pace through a full-body series and is suited for clients with prior Pilates apparatus experience. Harbor Flow emphasizes control, coordination, and mobility in all planes of movement. Clients are encouraged to modify as needed and honor their personal limits throughout the class.

Harbor Strong

An intermediate to advanced class that integrates the Reformer, Springboard, and Chair for a full-body challenge. Ideal for experienced clients looking to increase strength, stamina, and body control. Harbor Strong is a hybrid format that moves with intention and precision. Not recommended for beginners. Clients must be able to move independently and responsibly.

Harbor Jump

This high-energy Reformer class incorporates the jump board to challenge cardiovascular endurance, coordination, and lower-body power—all with minimal impact on the joints. Prior experience on the Reformer is required. Harbor Jump is a fun, rhythmic session that invites you to move dynamically while maintaining stability and control.

Harbor Stretch

A 45-minute recovery-focused class designed to release tension and improve flexibility. Instructors may use the Reformer, Springboard, or Chair to support long, guided stretches. Perfect for active bodies in need of mobility work or anyone looking to restore ease in their movement. All levels welcome—with body awareness and self-responsibility encouraged.

Harbor Golf & Tennis

A specialty class created for athletes who want to improve rotational strength, hip mobility, shoulder stability, and core control. Ideal for golf and tennis players, this session supports injury prevention and performance through mindful, functional movement. Previous Pilates experience recommended. Clients must be able to listen to cueing and work independently at times.

This class is perfect for those new to Pilates or returning to exercise after a break. We’ll focus on fundamental movements to build core strength, improve flexibility, and enhance body awareness. With a strong emphasis on proper alignment and breathing techniques, you’ll lay the foundation for more advanced practice. Expect a supportive environment where you can progress at your own pace

Class Name: Reformer Class Level 1.5 
Class Details: Level 1.5 Beginner/Intermediate Pilates
Bridging the gap between beginner and intermediate levels, this class is designed for those who have grasped the basics and are ready to challenge themselves further. You’ll refine your technique while gradually introducing more complex movements and combinations. This class continues to build strength, flexibility, and coordination, preparing you for a smooth transition to more advanced levels.

Class Name: Reformer level 2
Class Details: Level 2 Intermediate Pilates
Our Level 2 class is ideal for those who have a solid understanding of Pilates principles and are ready to push their practice to the next level. This class introduces more dynamic sequences and incorporates advanced movements to increase intensity. You'll focus on enhancing your endurance, strength, and control, with an emphasis on precision and flow.

Class Name: Reformer level 2.5
Class Details: Level 2.5 Intermediate/Advanced Pilates
For those ready to take on a serious challenge, our Level 2.5 class combines intermediate and advanced exercises to push your limits. Expect a faster pace, more intricate choreography, and greater use of resistance and props. This class demands a strong foundation in Pilates and will further refine your skills, building deep core strength, stability, and flexibility. Perfect for those looking to master their practice and achieve new levels of body control and awareness.

Class Name: Jump Board

Our Jump Board class offers a high-energy, low-impact workout that's perfect for those looking to elevate their Pilates routine. This class is designed for those who are injury-free and have already completed at least five Jump Board sessions, ensuring you’re familiar with the basics and ready to take your practice to the next level.

 

Expect a dynamic, cardiovascular workout that combines the principles of Pilates with plyometric movements. Using the Reformer and Jump Board, you’ll build strength, improve your coordination, and enhance your agility—all while maintaining the precision and control that Pilates is known for.

 

Throughout the class, you’ll engage your core, challenge your stability, and experience a full-body workout that’s as fun as it is effective. Whether you’re looking to boost your stamina, tone your muscles, or simply enjoy a new Pilates challenge, this class offers a great mix of intensity and control.
